Love 918 Mission
“The Love 918 Truck is on a mission to love the 918! This mission is so big that it cannot be completed without your help. Everyone occupies a space in the 918. Inside your space are people who are desperate for things that likely fit into one of three categories: relief, relationships or restoration.
Relief: meeting a short term need such as passing out water at a local 5k, passing out popsicles at your neighborhood park, trimming trees, helping neighbors move, delivering donated appliances, etc. If you know a way to serve the people in your space, this truck and the resources of Love 918 and FCC Owasso can help you accomplish it.
Relationships: connecting with the people in your space. Connecting with neighbors on your block can be a very difficult and awkward task. However, a relationship starts the second you engage a neighbor at an organized Love 918 event or a ‘Do-It- Yourself’ organic event.”

Love 918 Design
When the client contacted me to create a design for their new mobile homegrown humanitarian truck, they had a well thought out vision. It was up to me to streamline their idea into a design that made a strong impression from a distance and a more personable touch when they got closer. Having their newly redesigned logo in a pin drop on a map felt like the best way of expressing their mobile mission to spread love to the 918.
